WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
The growing tide of anti-intellectualism and 'fact resistance' is really tiring. Having access to an education is undoubtedly a privilege for which we should be immensely grateful. But it also takes a lot of work. So it would be great if people listened to people with actual expertise on subjects like COVID-19 or climate change, instead of some random crackpot on the interwebs.
If you're not happy I'll provide a full refund. But will that actually make you happy? What is happiness anyway, really? Something to consider.
DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?
No, I don't. But if you're desperate and keen to spend up, contact me. I might. This site is a little experiment right now, I'm keen to see what folks are looking for.
CAN YOU MAKE ME A BESPOKE ITEM?
Yes, I probably can. But if your question is 'Will you make me a bespoke item?', the answer is 'It depends. If I do agree, it will cost more (perhaps double). But if it's an idea that others may want, I might just add it as a new product line at regular prices. But there are quite literally thousands of options in the AA shop and it's not my intent to make one offs at that price.
